I made my first film when I was 14 and fell immediately in love. After studying international relations at Princeton, I set off on a career trying to connect the two. I worked in the Senate, at the American Red Cross, and with nomadic herders in Mongolia before becoming a producer in the Chinese film industry, where I was truly able to meld my passion for filmmaking with my passion for international stories. This year, I finished a dual MFA/MBA in film producing at New York University. As I move forward, I hope to continue making international stories that have global appeal.
